Starting a SIBO diet

  • SIBO, in medical terms, occurs when bacteria usually starts growing in one part of the digestive tract, for example, the colon. However, if left untreated, SIBO causes pain, diarrhea as well as malnutrition, due to the loss of body’s main nutrients.
